Rupert has been involved with church music all his life, and runs the Tunbridge Wells International Music Festival alongside the duties at King Charles. He is supported by a team of organists.

I spent the most part of my working life at McKinsey & Company, a global management consultant company. I headed up their Events team for many years and thereafter worked as a freelance Event Consultant.
